Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing therapy to students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support speech and language development.
- Document student progress and communicate updates with the SLP and school staff.
- Support students in improving articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure students receive the best support.
Requirements:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or a related field.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid North Carolina SLPA license.
- Certification: ASHA-approved SLPA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in the field.
