Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for an elementaryschool based position in Merced, CA. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support students with speech and language challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Assist in developing and implementing speech-language programs.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Licensure: Must have a California SLPA license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board (SLPAB).
- Certification: ASHA-approved SLPA certification preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of professional experience.
