Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an SLP.
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff.
Requirements (California):
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- California SLPA license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB).
- At least one year of experience as an SLPA.
- Understanding of school-based therapy services.
