We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school team in Rocklin, CA. This is a 12-hour per week position with a focus on providing direct therapy services to students. No case management responsibilities are required. Position Details:
- Location: Rocklin, CA
- Hours: 12 hours per week
- Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as prescribed by the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Work with students to improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Collaborate with the educational team to support students' individual needs
- Document therapy sessions and progress (as required)
- No case management responsibilities
Requirements:
- California SLPA Credentials (required to work in California schools)
- Experience: Previous experience working as an SLPA is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check as required by California school regulations
