Job Duties:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' motor and sensory skills.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with various disabilities.
- Assist students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation strategies.
- Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor students progress and adjust therapy goals.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding the needs of students with motor impairments.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License: Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of Florida.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school setting.
