Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to work with students in Concord, CA. In this role, you will assess and treat students with speech and language disorders, providing support to help them succeed academically and socially. Job Duties:
- Conduct assessments and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students are meeting their educational goals
- Document student progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Provide consultations and recommendations for speech/language strategies
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP-CCC required)
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, IEPs, and special education procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
