Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time Framingham, MA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with a school district in the Framingham, MA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet all state and local requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Certification: Must hold an active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology License and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Experience: Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting is required
Must meet all Massachusetts state and local requirements to work in a school setting

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student communication needs
Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments
Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
