Job Description:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and parents to create supportive learning environments.
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines.
Experience and Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Florida SLP license and DOE certification.
- ASHA CCC preferred but not required.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to diverse student needs.
