Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position involves working with a K-12 caseload, providing speech and language services to students in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other school staff.

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs.

Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure success.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to promote the best educational outcomes for students.

Conduct speech and language assessments and provide recommendations for further support.
Requirements:

Active Florida SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist).

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
