Job Details:

Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students, focusing on speech and language development, communication disorders, and IEP goals.

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills and create individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students communication needs.
-
Deliver direct therapy and provide consultative support for classroom staff to ensure consistency in interventions.

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to meet individual needs.

Provide resources and strategies to parents and teachers to support student progress outside of therapy sessions.
Requirements:
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Colorado.

Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.

Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students needs.

Experience in managing and adapting therapy for a diverse caseload.
