Overview:
Due to growth, Westside Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics focused position in Waianae, Hawaii.
All solutions at Westside Physical Therapy are done with hands-on physical therapy, and each patient learns how to prevent future injury. Within this role, you will work independently and supervise a PTA.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The patient population ranges from tweens to geriatric, post-surgical, general orthopedic, MVA, WC, and neurologic patients. About 50% of the caseload is post-surgery. Patients are scheduled for 40-minute time slots. All caseload is one-on-one direct patient care.
The PT hired will see 8-9 patients per day on average.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position. 40 hours a week are available. There is an option to work either 4 or 5 days a week for this full-time position. The clinic is currently open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Currently closed on Thursdays. No weekends, no holidays. Part-time candidates with 20+ hours of availability over 3 weekdays per week will also be considered.
Compensation:
Physical Therapists are paid a competitive hourly rate based on experience and specialty certifications. The salary range for this position starts at $45 per hour and may increase as the caseload increases.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for Hawaii state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
A minimum of one year of experience is required.
Candidates with two or more years of experience are preferred. Within this role, you will work independently and supervise a PTA.
Full-time is preferred. Part-time candidates with 20+ hours of availability over 3 weekdays per week will also be considered.
