This role involves providing essential speech and language services to elementary students in our Cross Cat program.
Position Details:
- Title: Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

- End Date: May 23, 2025
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time
- Days: Monday - Friday
Caseload:
- Provide SLP services 5 days a week for our Cross Cat program.
- Work with elementary students with mild cognitive delays who are on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development.
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, to improve students' speech and language skills.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as an SLP in Indiana.
- Experience working with elementary students, particularly those with cognitive delays and autism, is preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
