Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Oversee a caseload of 50-55 students in Middle School
- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Direct Therapy: Provide high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy to students.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure success.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families.
