Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Santa Fe, NM
Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Santa Fe, NM area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on students lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and developmental goals.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Local and State Requirements:
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- A valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the New Mexico Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
- State and federal background check clearance.
- Proof of immunizations and health screenings as required by local school districts.
