Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies and support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a positive and supportive educational environment.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in the state
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educational staff.
