Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles with school districts in Little Rock, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans for students.
Special Requirements:
- Valid California SLP license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to speech-language pathology in educational settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
