About the Role:
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working in schools? Were looking for an enthusiastic SLP to join our Ecorse, Michigan team! In this role, youll support a diverse caseload of students from PreK through 12th grade, including conducting Early-On evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels.
- Provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students with communication challenges.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Language Therapy or Communication Disorders.
- Experience working with a diverse student population, including Early-On evaluations, is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
