Job Responsibilities:
- Provide small group specialized instruction to students
- Implement Massachusetts standards in lesson planning
- Utilize instructional strategies to engage students
- Work with 3-7th grade students
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Emphasis on reading
- Communicate with parents regularly through conferences
- Teach specialized curriculum aligned with Common Core State Standards
- Manage classroom behavior effectively
- Develop individualized education programs for students
