Are you an experienced School Psychologist looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic educational setting? We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM for the upcoming school year.
Position Details:
- Location: Albuquerque, NM

- Dates: August 7, 2024 - May 30, 2025
- Hours: Full-time
- Caseload/Details: Work with both special education and general education students
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interventions: Provide individual, group, and/or family interventions.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention services for at-risk students, including intervention, evaluation, and referral to community agencies.
- Assessment: Administer behavioral rating scales, objective personality instruments, and projective techniques for diagnostic purposes.
- Evaluations and Reports: Complete evaluations, reports, and correspondence for at-risk and SEBD (Social-Emotional Behavioral Disorders) students as requested.
- Behavioral/Academic Strategies: Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate behavioral and academic intervention strategies.
- IEP Attendance: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Case Management: Provide case management services, including home-school coordination, inter-agency coordination, and community resource referrals.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the mental health team (Educational Specialist, Social Worker, Counselor, Nurse, Behavioral Management Specialist, and Behavior Disorders Consultant) at school sites.
