Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Conduct therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain a license in Delaware.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
