School-Based Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, helping them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Educate and train school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
