Position: Part-Time Physical Therapist
Caseload: 1:1 Homebound Student with Intensive SDC Needs
Hours: 6 hours per week (Part-Time)
Start Time: Cannot start working until 4 PM PST due to seizure disorder
Blazer Jobs is partnering with the school district in Walnut Creek, CA, to find a dedicated and compassionate part-time Physical Therapist for the upcoming school year. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a significant impact on a students educational journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy to a homebound student with intensive special education needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop effective therapy plans.
- Monitor and document the students progress regularly.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working with intensive SDC needs.
- Active state Physical Therapist license.
