Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time position with school districts in the Loveland, CO area. We are looking for professionals passionate about making a difference in students' lives and committed to helping them achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing a range of speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on speech-language interventions.
- Educate and support families regarding their childs speech and language development.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Colorado State SLP license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).
- Prior experience working with children in a school setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of local and state regulations for providing speech-language services in educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
