Part-Time Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
Location: Glendale, Arizona
Hours: 20 hours/week
Blazerjobs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at an elementary school in Glendale, AZ. This is a part-time position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech Language Pathologistin providing speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Implement therapy plans as directed by the supervising SLP
- Work with students in small groups and one-on-one settings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff regarding student progress
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in the state of Arizona
- Experience working with elementary school students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
