Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Emotional Support Program in a middle school setting (grades 5-8). In this role, you will work collaboratively with SPED teachers and paraprofessionals to support students within an inclusive, non-contained classroom environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students lives while working within a supportive educational team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and implement individualized plans for students in grades 5-8
- Work closely with SPED teachers and paraprofessionals to maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with the Emotional Support Program to meet student goals and enhance social-emotional skills
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification in New Hampshire
- School-based experience
- Must complete district fingerprinting requirements
- In-person interviews only (per district policy, no exceptions)
- State licenses and clearances required
