Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists for a full-time role with school districts in the Moriarty, NM area. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals who are dedicated to helping students achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings.
- Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide compassionate care.
