Blazerworks is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a partnered school district in Castle Rock, CO, for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. - Grade Levels: Elementary, middle, and/or high school caseloads available, tailored to the candidate's experience and preferences
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and track progress
- Provide consultative support and resources for staff to assist students with communication needs
- Document student progress, manage caseload requirements, and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Colorado
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, though new graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
