Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with a reputable school district in the Hopkins, MN area. If you are a dedicated professional passionate about helping students improve their communication abilities, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create supportive learning environments.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans to meet IEP goals.
- Provide training and resources for staff and parents to support students communication goals outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Minnesota SLP license and any required school-based certifications.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
