Job Description:
Were looking for an Exceptional Needs Facilitator in Randolph, MA, to support students with varying exceptionalities. This role requires developing unique programs and fostering a supportive environment to meet students individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop IEPs focused on students exceptional needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to provide accommodations.
- Document progress and communicate updates to families and staff.
- Adjust teaching techniques based on student performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Massachusetts SPED certification
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
