Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our supportive team in Killeen, TX. This position is full-time, requiring a commitment to managing a diverse caseload, including therapy sessions, ARDs, evaluations, and progress notes. Our SLPs collaborate to problem-solve and support each other in their caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and participate in ARDs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and evaluations.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in teletherapy.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Communication Disorders or a related discipline.
- Active Texas Educator Certification.
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the state of Texas.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Experience with virtual therapy is preferred.
