We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a school in Elyria, OH. for the 24/25 School Year!
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Patients: Assess and diagnose movement dysfunctions and physical impairments.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized therapy plans to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Provide Therapy: Apply therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate Patients: Guide patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and injury prevention.
- Monitor Progress: Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
- Collaborate: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: Relevant clinical experience is preferred; new graduates are also considered.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and modalities.
