Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the Role: Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partner school district. As an SLP, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve their full potential in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reviews
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Professional references required
