A school district is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position near you. We are looking for individuals who are willing to make a longstanding positive impact in the local community.
The school district is looking to fill this position for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Job specifics:
- ASAP to June 2025
- Full time hours
- Education Services for the Deaf and Blind
- Onsite or VOCO with Onsite Para
- Provide speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and services designed to foster student speech and language skills.
- Provide services to students who have hearing loss and/or vision loss, including students with multiple disabilities. Work/ collaborate with staff to schedule therapies and to support reinforcement of language and speech strategies within the classroom.
- Participate in professional development for ongoing professional growth and for teambuilding within the school community.
- Maintain clinical competency in speech language pathology practice and theory. Maintain accurate records and complete documentation as required by federal, state and local agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence with ASHA in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- SLP License with the State of Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- CFY status is acceptable.
