We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with a school district inKerman, CA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with diverse needs.This is a full-time position with competitive wages and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on data-driven assessments.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote consistent and positive behavior support strategies across environments.
- Provide staff training and support in the implementation of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess progress and make data-based decisions to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports as required.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in CA.
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and diverse needs.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
