Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Physical Therapist to work with school districts in the Riverside, California area. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide essential physical therapy services to students at various educational levels, including elementary, middle, and high school. The role involves traveling to multiple school sites, so flexibility and mobility are key.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to a diverse caseload, including elementary, middle, and high school students.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy programs to support students' physical development and mobility.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students educational and therapeutic needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Additional caseload details will be shared prior to the candidate's start.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following state and local requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist License to provide services in a school setting.
- Proven experience working as a physical therapist in an educational environment, with a focus on K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families.
