Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a full-time position in Lexington, NC. As an integral member of our clinical staff, you will work with a caseload of Pre K - 5th Grade Students, providing comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and strategies to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and therapists, to provide coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of communication disorders.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
