Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for students in Illinoisduring the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while delivering essential speech and language support to students in need.
As a Remote SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Your role will also include conducting virtual therapy sessions, tracking student progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing teletherapy services, strong communication and technological skills, and the ability to engage students effectively in a virtual environment. While working remotely, you will still be an integral part of the school community, participating in virtual meetings and maintaining regular communication with school staff.
