Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
A school in Beverly, MA isactively interviewing ABA Therapists for a full time 2024 - 2025 school year position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students behavioral, social, and educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
- Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions to students, using evidence-based ABA techniques.
- Monitor and track student progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate ABA strategies into the classroom and home environment.
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on ABA techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and behavioral data.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational and behavioral goals for students.

- Caseload: Special Needs School with various ages and disorders
