Blazerjobs, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Willis, TX. This is a full-time position offering competitive wages and comprehensive company benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that support students' communication and academic success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
