Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individual and group counseling to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

- Serve as a mediator and advocate for students' well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support during emergencies.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of services and student progress.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- New Jersey School Social Worker certification.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school or related setting.
