Blazer Jobs is seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school districtin the Reading, PA area. These roles are focused on providing speech therapy in various community-based settings, including daycares and preschools, as well as classroom environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct therapy to students across the assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with educational staff and family members to support student communication goals.
- Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Pennsylvania SLP license required; CFY candidates may be considered if outside supervision is arranged.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in early childhood settings preferred.
