We are seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Seattle, WA! This role offers the flexibility of both onsite and virtual options, providing you with the best work environment to suit your needs. Youll work with a diverse K-12 caseload, helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential.
Position Overview:
- Location: Seattle, WA (Virtual options available)
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication goals.
- Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Washington State SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred).
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Comfortable providing therapy services in both virtual and in-person settings.
