Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral health.
- Provide individual and group therapy to students via teletherapy, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to develop and implement strategies that promote emotional well-being and academic success.
- Participate in virtual meetings with school staff and IEP teams to support students' mental health needs and provide progress updates.
- Offer guidance and strategies to educators and families on how to support students' mental health and behavioral concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
What Were Looking For:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology (School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field).
- Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, assessment methods, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students and collaborate effectively with families and school staff in a virtual setting.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
- A passion for helping students manage mental health challenges and thrive academically.
