Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing speech and language services to students.
- Implement treatment plans and interventions as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field.
- Valid SLPA license or certification in the state.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow direction and implement therapy plans.
- Professional references required.
