Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Auburn, Washington. This full-time position focuses on supporting students communication development by working collaboratively with licensed SLPs across multiple school campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans, assist with IEP goals, and document each sessions service minutes and progress
- Provide regular updates to the supervising SLP and contribute to program modifications as needed
- Engage with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Washington State SLPA certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a school or pediatric setting
