Are you passionate about helping students overcome speech and language challenges? We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a remote position in Minnesota. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication disordersall from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual evaluations to assess and diagnose students speech and language skills.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions using teletherapy tools and resources.
Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.
Use evidence-based practices and cutting-edge technology to provide the most effective therapy for each student.
Offer virtual guidance to teachers and staff on strategies to enhance communication in the classroom and improve student outcomes.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, assist in setting goals, and provide progress updates to parents and guardians.
Maintain detailed and accurate virtual documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments.

What Were Looking For:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minnesota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), or the ability to obtain licensure.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Previous experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is a plus.
Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect virtually with students, parents, and school staff.
Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to manage a virtual caseload.
Patience, empathy, and a strong passion for helping students succeed, even from a distance.
