Overview:
We are actively seeking two experienced mental health professionals to join our team in Frederick, MD. Candidates must be a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), as LMSW certification will not be accepted. Each position will support a behavior program, with one role focused on elementary students and the other on high school students. Both positions involve therapy-based interventions to support students' emotional and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy for students within the behavior program.
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and other stakeholders to support students overall well-being and academic success.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of all therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
- Valid LCPC or LCSW license in Maryland (LMSW not accepted).
- Experience working in school settings or with school-aged populations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
