We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team, providing teletherapy services to students in Oklahoma. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students remotely through teletherapy.
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of students speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group virtual therapy sessions, utilizing online tools and resources.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other school staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, to contribute to students academic and behavioral goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure in Oklahoma as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience providing speech therapy in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and treatment techniques.
- Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms (training provided if necessary).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.
