We are now interviewing for a passionate School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role will provide physical therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels, offering an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on children's physical development and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services tailored to meet the needs of K-12 students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students' physical development and educational goals.
- Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' physical therapy needs.
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and physical functioning.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
