Job Duties:
- Evaluate and identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Design and implement effective therapy plans and IEPs.
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Work in tandem with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliance with school and state documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Pennsylvania state SLP license.
- ASHA CCC preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting.
- Proficiency in developing IEPs and progress tracking.
